We have a large 2 Bedroom Townhouse available for rent. This unit is located on the second level in our row of townhouses. These townhouses are located just past our Brown Gable complex at the end of East 10th Street in Benton, KY. The address is 1001 Orchard Drive.
Our two-bedroom townhouse apartments are approximately 1100 square feet. This unitt is fully carpeted with vinyl in kitchen & bathroom. They have a living room, kitchen, breakfast nook, & utility room. They include a refrigerator, electric stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and hook-ups for electric washer & dryer in each townhouse. Each townhouse has its own central heating and air conditioning, bath with tub/shower unit and an outdoor deck. The rent is $850 per month which includes yard maintenance. The renter pays the electric (Benton Electric) and water (Benton Water). A security deposit of $850 and a one-year lease are required.

The third complex, Olive Place Residences, is located at 1305 Olive Street in Benton KY. This new complex has 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units.
