3 Bedroom Townhouses rent for $1,000 - $1,200 per month.

They are fully carpeted with vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom. They include a refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, and hookups for electric washer and electric dryer in each unit.

Each apartment has its own central heating and air conditioning, bath with tub/shower unit and an outdoor patio.

Renter pays all utilities.

A security deposit and a one year lease are required.
