It includes a stainless refrigerator, electric range (oven & stovetop), built-in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and hook-ups for an electric washer & dryer in each apartment. Each apartment has its own central heating and air conditioning, bath with tub/shower unit and an outdoor patio. The sizes are 650 to 700 square feet.
The rent is $750/month which includes water, sewer and trash. The Tenant(s) places the electric and gas in their name and it's billed to them monthly through Benton Gas and Benton Electric. A security deposit of $750 and a one-year lease are required.
