We have a 2BR 1Full Bath ready to rent at our Brown Gable complex. Our Brown Gable complex is located at the end of East 10th St in Benton. This 2BR apartment is located in a 4 plex on the lower level.

This apartment has wood look vinyl plank flooring throughout. It includes a refrigerator, electric range (oven/stove), microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and hook-ups for electric washer & dryer in each apartment. The apartment has its own central heating and air conditioning, bath with tub/shower unit & back deck off the master bedroom. The size is approx 1000 square feet.

The rent is $850 per month which includes water/sewer/trash. The renter places the electric in their name and it's billed to them monthly from Benton Electric. A security deposit of $850 and a one-year lease are required.

There are three apartment complexes in Benton. Brown Gable Apartments are located on 10th Street just off Birch Street, just 3 blocks from the court square in Downtown Benton, KY. The townhouses are located adjacent to the Brown Gable Apartments.

There is a second complex at 2000 Main street called Crestview Apartments. This is a newly built complex with 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.

The third complex, Olive Place Residences, is located at 1305 Olive Street in Benton KY. This new complex has 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units.
